Cloud-Native Engineering & Security

We build and secure cloud-native systems.

Two engineers who design, build, and harden the infrastructure your product runs on — Kubernetes, Azure, and the systems around them. Fixed-price, fully remote, security built in from the start.

The Reality

Most teams have to choose:
ship fast, or build it right.

Early-stage teams move quickly to get their product live. Infrastructure gets stood up under pressure, security becomes “next quarter,” and the people who could fix it properly are expensive, hard to find, and harder to keep.

The usual options don’t fit: a generalist dev shop that doesn’t think about security, a security firm that audits and walks away, or a six-figure enterprise engagement built for companies ten times your size.

We built Senturion to be the team in the middle. People who can build the system and secure it — in one engagement, by the people doing the actual work.

Build and secure, under one roof.

Two complementary capabilities, the same engineers, the same standard of work. Most engagements touch both.

Build

Engineering

We design and build the cloud-native systems your product depends on — with security considered from the first commit, not patched in later.

APIs and backend services for data-heavy and infrastructure-adjacent systems
Kubernetes platform engineering and cloud infrastructure
CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and internal tooling
Policy-as-code and automation that enforces good practice by default
Secure

Security

We find the gaps in what you’ve already built and give you a clear, prioritized path to closing them — grounded in real frameworks, not checklists.

Kubernetes security audits against CIS Benchmarks and hardening best practices
Azure cloud security reviews — identity, network, data, and monitoring
RBAC, secrets, network policy, and supply-chain assessment
Prioritized remediation roadmaps your team can actually execute

Defined scope. Fixed price. No surprises.

Every engagement has a clear deliverable and a clear cost. Most clients start with one and grow into others.

Kubernetes Security Audit

A complete picture of your cluster’s security posture in two weeks.

We assess your Kubernetes environment against CIS Benchmarks, established hardening practices, and the configuration patterns that cause real incidents — then deliver a board-ready report with an executive summary, ranked findings, and a remediation plan prioritized by impact.

Cloud-Native Build Sprint

When you need it built right — infrastructure, pipelines, or backend systems.

A scoped engineering engagement to build what your team needs and doesn’t have time for — a hardened CI/CD pipeline, a backend service, infrastructure-as-code, policy enforcement, or the internal tooling that closes a recurring gap. Security is part of the build, not a later phase. Defined objective, defined deliverable, defined end date.

Azure Cloud Security Review

The Azure misconfigurations that quietly become incidents — found before they do.

Cloud environments accumulate risk over time. Identities get over-permissioned, storage rules drift, logging gaps appear where no one’s looking. We review your subscription end-to-end — identity, network, data, monitoring — and deliver a prioritized findings report focused on what matters to your business.

Ongoing Advisory

A build-and-security partner on retainer — without the cost of a full-time hire.

After the first engagement, most teams want continuity — the design review before they ship, the question about a new IAM role, the periodic re-assessment as the system grows. Our retainer gives you direct, async access to the same engineers who already know your environment.

Four things you won’t find in a typical engagement.

/ 01

We build and secure.

Most firms do one or the other. We do both — which means the people who find a problem are the people who can fix it, in the same engagement.

/ 02

Fixed price means fixed price.

Every engagement has a defined scope, a defined deliverable, and a defined price. You’ll never get an invoice that surprises you.

/ 03

Async by design.

We work in writing. We don’t fill your calendar. Teams in any time zone get the same quality of work as teams next door.

/ 04

You work with the people doing the work.

No account manager between you and the engineers. The people who scope your project are the people who deliver it.

Who you’re working with.

Cameron builds and operates production Kubernetes clusters and cloud-native data platforms. He holds a CKA and CompTIA Security+ and is pursuing CKS. Day to day, he works on a self-hosted Kubernetes data lake — Iceberg, Spark, Trino — so the systems he builds and audits aren’t theoretical to him.
